Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a company doing $1M or more a year that sells, hires or works in more than one state.
  • You've hired someone who works from another state, or you send crews and salespeople to clients and job sites across state lines.
  • You're not sure which states you should be filing in, or whether you've missed one.
  • Your CPA files your returns on time but never plans with you during the year.
  • You find out what you owe in April, when it's too late to change it.
  • Your revenue jumped, and the tax bill that came with it caught you off guard.
  • You'd rather work directly with one specialist than get handed off at a big firm.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees who don't own a business.
  • Owners whose company does under $1M a year.
  • Investors looking for help with a personal portfolio.
  • Anyone who only wants a return filed each spring, with no planning during the year.
  • $100 million operations in 30 states that need audits, valuations and M&A help under one roof.

How We Work With You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Kyle plans your taxes and handles your filings in every state, all year.

Your States, Mapped

Kyle looks at your revenue by state, where your people live and work, your job sites and your registrations, so you know which states you truly owe and which you don't.

This Year's Bill, Projected

He builds a projection on this year's actual numbers, with your tax rates and total liability, and updates it at every meeting, so you see the bill before the year ends.

Planning Meetings All Year

Depending on how complex your company is, you meet 1 to 4 times a year to find savings, from entity setup and owner salary to a 401(k) with profit sharing and equipment timing.

State Tax Elections Checked

In the states that allow it, Kyle checks whether the business can pay the state income tax itself so you get the full federal deduction, including states where you're a nonresident.

Every Return Filed For You

He prepares and files every business return and every owner's personal return, in each state where you owe, and when a return will finish after the deadline, he files the extension and gives you your estimated payments.

Fast Answers Between Meetings

You get quick replies to calls and emails, plus help with any tax notice that lands. A limited client roster means the person who knows your company is the one answering.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I even a multi-state business?+
You might be, even with every office in one state. A remote hire, regular trips to a client or job site, a registration for a contract, or enough sales into another state can all create a filing obligation there. Many states draw that sales line around $100,000, and some draw it much lower.
If we clean up our states, won't our taxes just go up?+
Not necessarily. Getting your states right goes both ways: Kyle finds where you have a real obligation and where you don't. If you do owe somewhere you haven't filed, most states offer voluntary disclosure programs that can reduce or waive penalties, and more states can also mean more chances to take the full federal deduction for state taxes.
Shouldn't a company our size be with a big firm?+
Sometimes, yes. If you need audits, international tax, valuations and M&A help under one roof, a big firm's bench makes sense. But most companies Kyle meets didn't outgrow a small firm. They outgrew a generalist, and with him the person who quotes the work is the person who does it.
What happens to my current CPA?+
Kyle takes the filing off your plate. The engagement covers the planning, the prep and the support for your business returns and every owner's personal return, so he prepares and files them himself in each state where you owe, and the person planning your taxes is the same person signing your returns.
Is it too late to lower this year's taxes?+
Not yet, but the calendar matters. Most moves that lower this year's bill have to be in place by December 31st, and a new 401(k) alone can take 3 to 6 months to launch. The savings show up when this year's returns are filed.
Do you work with companies outside Pennsylvania?+
Yes. Kyle is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and works with companies across the country. Since he specializes in owners whose companies do business in more than one state, your company doesn't need to be anywhere near Pennsylvania.
How much does it cost?+
Pricing starts at $10,000 a year, and most clients invest $10,000 to $15,000 a year for the planning, every return and year-round support. Every company gets a custom quote before it starts.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Kyle asks about this year's revenue and roughly how it splits by state, where your team lives and works, which states you file in today, your entity type and what's gone out in estimated payments. Then he points out what looks overpaid, which states you truly owe and which moves can still help this year. If it isn't a fit, he'll tell you so.
One Last Step

Want To See What Your Company Can Still Save On 2026 Taxes?

On the strategy call, Kyle goes through this year's revenue, the states it comes from and where your team works. You'll leave knowing what looks overpaid, which states you truly owe and which moves can still help before December 31st.
